Our Calah was born on April 16, 2007. Little Calah was a premature,singleton and had a very difficult first few weeks of life. Gail needed to "tube feed" her every three hours round
the clock and would sing the Celtic Woman tune "Caledonia" which seem to comfort her.
Gail and Calah have a very special bond.
Calah inherited the beautiful head, short back, tiny ears from her sire
Ch. HoppelPoppel Rococo's Kiss (Jasper). We see the, bone and
strength of her mother our Ch. HopelPopel Velma of Fireheart.
Calah finished her AKC and UKC Championships at a year and a half. She is now retired and has twelve beautiful offspring. Calah made her final trip to the whelping box on May 25th 2012 producing two boys and three girls! She now spends her days romping in the yard and supervising the day to day activities at Highgrovehill.

On November 7, 2008 at the Souhegan Kennel Club Show Calah earns her AKC Championship title Judge Wyoma Clouss bestowing the honor.
September 2008 in PA. Calah earned a major under Judge Thora Brown.
Labor Day weekend in Maine. Calah goes Winners bitch all three days.
Our second day in Maine was very warm. Terrier breeeder and Judge Peggy Haas honored us with the win.
July 5, 2008 Calah wins her first AKC point under Dr. Gerald Mager.
June 21, 2008 Calah earns her UKC(United Kennel Club) championship title in just four consecutive shows. A special highlight was winning the Terrier Group as well.
One of our favorite photos of Calah and Gail taken at the STCNE Specialty. It was hotter than blazes but Calah never seeemed to notice as she poses in the ring. Her level topline looks so nice in the sunshine.
